The movie is a shocker, shockingly bad. All the way through the movie I was completely confused, the story is mess, far too complicated, everyone is working for everyone to kill everyone is the basic theme. Although I knew what I was in for when one of the first scenes was an unknown being tortured and asked “Where is The Package”. Fortunately someone eventually opens the package, and I’m immensely thankful for that small blessing.

There’s no logical progression through the movie really, storylines are too short before being interrupted by some new twist. People just keep getting shot and buildings blown up, for seemingly no reason at all.

So is the movie worth seeing for the action? Not really. There’s a lot of it, but most of the fights just include a few heavily edited blocks and chops from Segal. There is some good stunt work and blood effects and some good gun fights, but it’s not enough to save the film.

I wasn’t especially happy with the movie, 4/10
